Business Operations and Marketing Administrator

Job Description

  • Assist with the admissions, enrollment, and onboarding of students
    • Assist with the initial phone screening of potential applicants
    • Respond to inquiries and provide overview of Academy to potential applicants
    • Schedule in-person interviews and administer technical assessments
    • Administer the job outcomes program for graduates of Academy
    • Assist with the relationship management of Hiring Partners
  • Marketing Communication Coordination
    • Administer and coordinate events, webinars, email campaigns (MailChimp), and social media accounts / campaigns (LinkedIn, Slack, Twitter, GitHub, Quora, reddit)
    • Assist with organizing, promoting, and managing events
    • Assist in public relations and spreading brand awareness
    • Manage website content (Squarespace and Weebly)

Desired Skills

  • Bachelors in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field or work experience equivalent
  • Proactive and able to take initiative and ownership of projects
  • Excellent Communicator (oral and written)
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
  • Familiarity with Mailchimp, Hubspot CRM, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meetup, and/or Newsletters/Press releases
  • Interested and passionate to learn about cyber security, bootcamps and job placement
